Cornerstone has a long and successful history of working with organizations to assess their current status, reflect upon and evaluate their accomplishments, and use the lessons learned to inform future planning and investments. We have worked with agencies, organizations, and non-profits to help them achieve both long and short term goals, and to align individual programs and initiatives with the organization’s overall mission. Cornerstone’s organizational development experience has also included working with numerous funders to help them evaluate the progress of grantees. Conducting progress reviews of organization programs and initiatives, assessing implementation and making recommendations for improvement
Reviewing the progress of foundation grantees, reporting back on our assessment and making recommendations
Performing environmental scans to assist organizations in framing issue areas of interest, identifying what others in the field are doing, and suggesting potential niches for investment and attention
